“Jai was a godsend to us. Not only did he help us find the perfect house, he negotiated a lease with the seller while I was closing a business deal to purchase the new house. He then negotiated a tidy sum for needed repairs on the premises.
I relocated my wife and children to Los Angeles from England and I had to completely furnish the house before the family arrived. Jai worked out a deal with the staging company to purchase some of the furniture, then he and his wife referred me to home furnishing stores for the finishing touches.
I also had to find the appropriate school for my children to attend, so Jai provided me with all the local private and public schools to consider and helped me set up the interviews.
