Jai Winding is an award-winning realtor specializing in outstanding sales representation of luxury real estate in Los Angeles. Licensed since 2004, Jai has consistently ranked in the top 1-2% of sales associates nationwide at The Agency as well as at Coldwell Banker, where he worked before moving to The Agency in Q4 of 2013.
The majority of Jai’s multi-million dollar sales volume ranges from Malibu to downtown Los Angeles (DTLA) including Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Venice, Mar Vista, Cheviot Hills/Rancho Park, Westwood, Century City, Bel Air, Beverly Hills and Hollywood Hills, and since he has been with The Agency, he is strategically branching out to all markets throughout the L.A. region. He is a skilled negotiator, adept at matching buyers and sellers as well as catering to their exact investment needs.
Before venturing into real estate sales, Jai was a multi-talented professional studio and touring musician and arranger, record producer, recording studio owner, musical director and music publisher in Los Angeles. For decades he worked with many of Hollywood’s A-list artists, their talent and business managers and attorneys; this, in turn, has helped him in catering to his real estate clientele’s needs with the same professionalism and absolute confidentiality that they demand and expect.
